From preparing fresh meals every day to welcoming new residents and keeping the building running smoothly, everyone plays their part in creating a place where students can enjoy living.

Ana: making every meal feel like home
Whether you're grabbing breakfast before class or joining friends for dinner, chances are Ana and her team have been busy preparing your meal.
Since the day Codomo Granada opened, Ana has been responsible for the daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Together with her team, she makes sure residents can enjoy fresh meals every day.
Throughout the year, the restaurant becomes more than just a place to eat. From Christmas dinners and themed gastronomic evenings to catered events and celebrations, Ana enjoys creating special moments for residents.
"I love stepping out to the dining area and talking to the residents," she says. "I always ask how their day was and how they're doing. I feel like they include me in their everyday life. That's the best part."

Sandra: making sure everything is ready
When you arrive at Codomo Granada, a lot has already happened before you walk through the door.
Sandra, our Facility Coordinator, works behind the scenes to make sure arrivals, departures, common areas, and daily operations all run smoothly. It's the kind of work you often don't notice, but it makes a huge difference to your experience.
"The residents are incredibly polite and always cheerful," she says. "They bring so much positive energy to the building."
For Sandra, that's one of the nicest parts of working at Codomo Granada: seeing residents settle in and enjoy their time in the building.

José Carlos: the friendly face at reception
If you have a question, need to collect a package or are arriving for the first time, there's a good chance José Carlos will be the one welcoming you.
His day starts by checking the building, preparing arrivals and departures, and making sure everything is ready for residents.
"The atmosphere with my colleagues is great," he says. "And it's the same with the residents. Everyone is respectful, and this first year has been amazing."
