The interior has a clean, modern look with wood-look flooring, concrete-style tiles in the bathroom, and furniture made from steel and wood.

Each studio includes a small private kitchenette where you can prepare breakfast, a quick coffee or a late-night snack. For bigger meals and social cooking sessions, head to the shared social kitchen on the third floor. With multiple cooking stations and plenty of seating, it’s the perfect spot to cook together, hang out and meet your fellow residents.

The rooftop terrace is one of the highlights of the building. With lounge seating, BBQ facilities and ocean views, it’s the perfect place to relax, study outside or watch the sunset with friends.

In the basement you’ll find a dedicated event and party space where community events regularly take place. Residents can also reserve the space to organize gatherings or chill with friends.
